ABOUT
Erwin Erkfitz is a Mixed-Media Designer and Event Coordinator based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Erkfitz graduated from Kendall College of Art and Design in 2004 with a BFA - Visual Communications / Multi-Media.
Erkfitz has been creative director of Ideal Collective for the past 4 years. Ideal is well known for the cutting edge artwork,
design and entertainment that it has unleashed onto it’s West Michigan audience.
Erwin has been working closely with The Avenue for the Arts businesses on S. Division. Helping where he is
needed in order to benefit the community of that area, and to help it flourish as a rising district;
continuing to build the creative culture of Greater GR.
Erwin has a focus on design. From Digital to print and from stencil to screen-printing,
Erkfitz continues to push the limit of the graphic. Much of his fine
artwork is created with aerosol paints and stenciled imagery.
